A horse «Japan»

The body of the horse is decorated with textured «paths», which are made with a chisel. The relief is covered with a golden paint, which creates the effect of patination. The texture of this horse resembles an ancient stone. It looks as if on it there are streams of a mountain flow which become golden in the rays of the sun.

The horse can be conditionally attributed to the traditional Japanese genre of «haiga», when the image illustrates a hokku. Spectators should feel the charm of the unsaid in the combination of words and an artistic image.
